Policies, Terms and Conditions
Placing and Accepting orders
Orders will not be dispatched until payment in full has been received and Dream in Cotton is satisfied with the integrity and nature of the order.
A confirmation email will be sent to you immediately when your order is accepted by us.
Dream in Cotton will always attempt to display each product as accurate as possible, however the color of each product may vary according to many factors such as your computer monitor and printer. Dream in Cotton is not responsible for variances in the colour you see and the actual colour of the item.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase and encourage you to try on your outfit before you cut any tags.
If you find you are not 100% happy with your purchase or have ordered the incorrect size, we are happy to exchange the item for you within seven days; this may be done by emailing us at shop@dreamincotton.com.au for return instructions.
The item must be received by Dream in Cotton no more than 10 days from purchase and MUST still have all tags attached to the garment as you received it.
Anything outside these guidelines will only be considered at the discretion of Dream in Cotton. If we receive the item and believe it has been worn or damaged, the item will be returned to you with no exchange and you will be charged a redelivery fee of $10.00. Please note that there will be only one exchange per item.
Delivery
Australia
Dream in Cotton uses
Australia post as their courier.
All deliveries in
Australia are charged a flat rate fee of $10.00.
For purchases over $200 delivery is free.
We will Endeavour to get your purchase to you as soon and as safely as possible so as you can start enjoying them.
As a Guide:

If we have the item in stock, it is sent the same day as ordered and may take 1-5 days depending on area.

If we have to order the item in, it is regarded as a 3-7 day delivery.
Please note that Dream in Cotton cannot be held responsible for delivery delays that are beyond our control, such as public holidays, special events (Christmas etc), natural disasters, strikes or any other unforeseen events.
International
Delivery outside
Australia will be charged a flat rate of $35.00. For delivery times add one more week to the Australian times. Please also note possible extra charges noted under our “overseas Customers” section.
Exclusion of liability

Dream in Cotton assumes no responsibility for or makes no representations to you or any other persons with respect to the accuracy of the information on this Site.

If we determine, in our soul discretion, that you engaged in prohibited activities, were not respectful of other users, or otherwise violated the Terms of Conditions, we may deny you access to this Site on a temporary or permanent basis and any decision is final.
All care is taken to ensure that the Dream in Cotton.com.au website and data transmissions are free from viruses, it is though your responsibility to scan any such data for viruses.
Overseas Customers
Taxes: Some countries charge customs fees or import duties and tariffs on the merchandise ordered. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are beyond our control, we ask that you contact the relevant government bodies in your country to see what these charges may be.
It is also a criminal offence to ask us to declare the merchandise as “gift” and mark the value of the parcel accordingly. Do not ask us to mark the parcel as a gift to under estimate its value, we kindly thank you for understanding.
